It's one thing when I tell you that I don't believe Urban Meyer is going to be able to connect with veteran players in the NFL, but it's an entirely different thing when a guy who played for him says he's not surprised that the new Jaguars coach is having trouble connecting with vets on his team.
Just listen to his answer when asked why he isn't surprised by Urb's struggles to reach veteran players. It isn't exactly a ringing endorsement of his college head coach, which rings the question, did Jacksonville talk to anyone who actually played for this guy before making the hire?
