Florida State Falls To Louisville Saturday Afternoon

The Florida State Seminoles (2-4, 1-4) fell to the Louisville Cardinal (2-4, 1-4) 48-16 Saturday afternoon.

Though Florida State scored first on a Jordan Travis 15-yard touchdown run, Louisville scored the next four touchdowns to take a commanding 28-7 lead and never look back. In the second half the only offense the Seminoles were able to get was on a safety in the third quarter as the Cardinal piled on for a 48-16 win.

Jordan Travis went 14-for-32 with 141 yards, a touchdown and an interception at quarterback for the Noles. Cameron McDonald set the pace on the ground with a 78 yard day, though Florida State was outgained 278-141 on the ground by Louisville.

The Seminoles are scheduled to play next on Saturday, November 7th, against Pittsburgh.
