One of the Goon Squad's OG's Shawn got a crazy idea when he started his new job at Mermaid Tavern recently. He was going to build the Gooniest burger one could build by taking Goon Squad IPA and making a beer battered pickled jalapeno to sit atop this monstrosity of meat!

Tomato, greens,THREE 2.5oz once smash burgers seasoned with all kinds of spices! Bacon, caramelized onion, aged white cheddar, fried pickled jalapenos (with a Goon Squad IPA batter), spicy remoulade sauce, and garlic butter grilled buns!
