It's been a roller coaster year for Alika Williams.
The Arizona State shortstop began the year on a team that was expected to be a national championship contender, then saw his season come to an end because of COVID-19, then heard his name on night one of the Major League Baseball draft, as the Tampa Bay Rays took him in the compensatory round with the 37th overall pick.
Alika joined Pat and Aaron Friday to discuss his motivation on being labeled a defensive-first shortstop, playing with top pick Spencer Torkleson, and which Rays player he's already learning about the path to the big leagues from.
