With the deadline looming for NFL teams to designate their franchise tags, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have yet to decide what to do with quarterback Jameis Winston and his potential future (if any) with the Buccaneers. Winston rehabbing this off season from a knee injury is now showcasing his rehab process in a youtube video titled "The Return".
