The NFL appears close to a new CBA w/ the players that would add two more teams to the Playoffs each season, if the proposed rule change would have been in effect in 2016 the Bucs would have reached the Postseason w/ Jameis Winston at QB... would this have changed the story surrounding the former FSU Heisman winner around Tampa Bay as we look ahead at the 2020 season?
