A lot of talk regarding the Tampa Bay Rays this offseason has been about wanting to get catcher Travis d'Arnaud re-signed, but Rays TV analyst Orestes Destrade says there's another free agent that Tampa Bay should look to bring back.
Orestes joined Ron and Ian Thursday to make his case for outfielder Avisail Garcia, who is a free agent after signing a one-year deal with Tampa Bay last offseason, deserves a raise to stay with the Rays.
