Most Impressive: Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New Orleans Saints

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Ronald Jones

After a closely contested game mid way through three quarters, the Bucs were down by one touchdown with a chance to tie the game. But Tampa Bay couldn’t get it together in the game’s biggest moment and watched their chances of a win slip away. The Bucs ended up falling to the Saints by a score of 31-24.

Listed here is the short list of the most impressive players from the game.

WR Chris Godwin

Many of the receptions that Godwin made in this game were crucial for the Bucs on Sunday. Godwin’s first catch was a touchdown that gave the Bucs a 7-3 lead. His second was an important third down reception that was just past the marker and extended the drive. Godwin then made a huge reception on fourth down that helped move the ball down to the goal line, which led to the Bucs cutting their deficit to 24-17 at the time.

Godwin also added a touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter to round out the scoring for Tampa Bay.

The team’s leading receiver finished the game with seven catches for 125 yards and two touchdowns.
