Aaron's Degenerate Locks Of The Week

Aaron gives you his best bets of the weekend across the NFL and college football.

#21 USC at #17 Washington 3:30 PM (PICK: Washington -10)

Washington has dominated this matchup as of late. They have covered the spread in 7 of their last 10 games against eachother. USC had a huge win last week against Utah but this week they come back to earth. Jacob Eason has looked good early carrying Washington at the QB position. Washington runs away with this one in the 2ndhalf to get the home win.

Mississippi St. at #7 Auburn 7:00 PM (PICK: Auburn -9.5)

Bo Nix leads a very balanced and effective Auburn offense. They got a huge win last week on the road against Texas A&M. Mississippi State isn’t bad but they don’t have nearly enough to keep up with Auburn. Auburn wins and covers the spread.

Tennessee Titans at Atlanta Falcons 1:00 PM (PICK: Titans +4.5)

Matt Ryan has been underwhelming early on this season. After a late win against the Eagles last week they laid a dud against the Lions. They almost came back but didn’t look good early. Titan’s defense will be the difference here. Tennessee scores just enough to get the win on the road.

Carolina at Houston 1:00 PM (PICK: Houston -4)

I’m not going to lie, Kyle Allen looked really good last week but he was taking on Arizona. He is in again this week. Even though he gets help from the dangerous Christian McCaffrey, it is a different beast this week against the Texan’s defense. The defense of Houston steps up and Deshaun Watson leads the offense to enough scores to get the win and cover the spread.

Dallas at New Orleans 8:20 PM (PICK: Dallas -3)

Dallas looks strong. They beat up Miami in the second half last week. Dak has been really solid early on. New Orleans got a nice win against Seattle with Teddy Bridgewater leading the way. Even though Teddy played well and Alvin Kamara was a beast they will not have enough to upset the Cowboys. Dallas wins and covers the 3 points.

UNDERDOG OF THE WEEK

Redskins at Giants (PICK: Redskins +130)

Case Keenum gets his act together this weekend. He looked awful last week but the Bears defense might be the best in all of football. Daniel Jones had his coming out party last week against the Bucs. The Redskins took notes and stop Jones this week especially with no Barkley from the start. Redskins are my underdog upset win of the week!
