Bucs Tight End Cam Brate Says Arians Will Do Good Job Using Personnel

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cam Brate hasn't missed a regular season game since 2016. But that doesn't mean the redzone target was completely healthy the last two seasons. As a matter of fact, Brate revealed on Friday that he has been playing with a hip injury he suffered during the 2017 season. The torn hip labrum required surgery at the end of this past season.

During his conversation with the media, he stated he is fully recovered & has no restrictions, as the team starts training camp for the upcoming season.

Brate also discussed how he anticipates Head Coach Bruce Arians doing a good job of using the team's offensive personnel to their advantage. And in the video below, Brate discussed multiple ways of how he & fellow tight end O.J. Howard can be used together in different offensive sets.

Brate, who even with the injury recorded six touchdown catches in each of the last two seasons, is looking forward to learning the new offense each day & continuing his on-field chemistry with quarterback Jameis Winston.
