Congrats to Fort Lauderdale's Briana Smith, who claimed her title as Miss Hooters International 2019 at the 23rd Annual Hooters International Pageant in Lake Tahoe.
Briana, who loves gardening & community work, will receive $30,000 and be a part of many Hooters special events throughout the year.
