Arians: Don't Be The Guy

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended their mini-camp practices on Thursday, which means the team will be away from the coaching staff until the start of training camp. That led Head Coach Bruce Arians, whose time in the NFL as a coach goes back three decades, to offer some advice to his players. His words, "Don't Be The Guy," as in the player who risks his status on the team because of his actions away from the coaching staff.

Arians shared some other thoughts to the media after practice.
