What has been a hot topic on WDAE over the past week or so has been whether or not new Tampa Bay Buccaneers DT Ndamukong Suh would wear the #93 in his new colors of pewter and red, and if Gerald McCoy would have any issue with that. With the news breaking that Suh would indeed be wearing #93 just minutes before it was revealed that McCoy would be signing a one year contract with the Carolina Panthers, inquiring minds needed to know.
But it was McCoy himself which took to Twitter to reply to these claims that having his #93 given to Suh was maybe a reason why to go to Carolina. And he wasn't happy about it replying to ESPN.com's Jenna Laine.
Gerald McCoy faces off with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday September 12th in Carolina for the first time, with the annual divisional second date in London on October 13th.
