The Tampa Bay Buccaneers held their first OTA practice on Tuesday with veteran players & rookies taking part. But one veteran player who didn't practice was cornerback Vernon Hargreaves, who spent the practice on the sidelines without a helmet on.
After the practice, Head Coach Bruce Arians spoke to the media & was brief when asked why Hargreaves didn't participate. Arians responded, "You have to talk to Vernon, I mean, he has to get his mind right to practice."
