WEATHER A CONCERN FOR NEXT TWO DAYS: With the threat of rain both today and Tuesday, the Rays are looking to try and get all their work in early.
"We're getting good reports that we're going to play [today]," manager Kevin Cash said. "It'll be a unique couple of days, with the weather here and the weather tomorrow, so we'll see."
Cash said the team will hit in Port Charlotte before traveling to Tampa on Tuesday to take on the New York Yankees.
