According to Tampa Bay Times Buccaneers insider Rick Stroud, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to terms with place kicker Cairo Santos following a short stint in 2018 with Tampa Bay.
Santos played in the Buccaneers final seven games of the season replacing Chandler Catanzaro hitting nine of twelve field goal attempts, and a perfect 17-17 on extra points.
