DUFFY, KIERMAIER CLOSE TO RETURNING: The Rays should have both outfielder Kevin Kiermaier and third baseman Matt Duffy playing in games again soon.

Kiermaier, who developed a blister on his right heel after playing in Friday's spring opener, is in the lineup to play Tuesday in Sarasota against the Baltimore Orioles. Meanwhile, Duffy, who has not played in a game this spring after tweaking his left hamstring running the bases during a full-squad workout last week, ran while changing speeds Sunday and is expected to do the same today. If all goes well, he could run the bases Tuesday and be ready to play in games later in the week.

FORMER RAY ARENCIBIA TO DO RADIO FOR MARLINS: Former Rays catcher J.P. Arencibia is at Charlotte Sports Park, providing color commentary for Marlins Radio. Arencibia, who played in the Rays organization in 2015 and part of 2016, will join The Inside Pitch Podcast on Tuesday.
