The NBA slam dunk contest doesn't have the stars participating in it that it used to, but man do some of these rising stars make a name for themselves. This weekend Hamidou Diallo became a name to watch when the Thunder star dominated the contest. In the best dunk of the night he brought out Shaq to jump over! He did it with ease and put his elbow in the rim for good measure. Check it out below:
