Bill Walton is one of the most off the wall broadcasters in the history of sports. He's always down for a gem or 2 on Pac 12 after dark broadcasts. Over the weekend was one of the most Bill Walton moments of all time. Bill and Dave Pasch both were gifted lit cupcakes. Pasch's 1st move was to blow out the candle.
