Gators Fall To Auburn 76-62

The Florida Gators (12-10, 4-5) went on the road and dropped a 76-62 contest to Auburn (16-6, 5-4) on Tuesday night.

The Auburn Tigers led for much of this game, building a 36-30 lead over Florida at halftime. The Gators attempted to push back in the early portion of the second half, but Auburn began to pull away en route to the fourteen point win. Auburn was led with fourteen points from Bryce Brown, with Samir Doughtry adding twelve points and Chuma Okeke adding 11 points and eight rebounds. The Gators were led by eleven points off the bench from Kevarrius Hayes - KeVaughn Allen and Noah Locke also scored in double figures.

The Gatrors task to snap a two game losing streak will be a tough one as they head to Knoxville to battle the top ranked Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday. Tipoff Saturday is set for 4 PM - you can hear the game, beginning with pregame coverage at 3:25, on 95.3 WDAE & AM 620 throughout Tampa Bay.
