A Cape Coral woman was arrested after calling 911, and when a police officer arrived, she chucked a chunk of concrete (say that three times fast) at him before she could be subdued.
As you can see on the video, the officer missed twice with his taser, and 37 year old Jessica Blick from Cape Coral had to be pepper sprayed.
