After his team's disappointing loss to the Washington Redskins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter said he didn't have a great message for his team in the locker room after the game. It's hard to imagine how this guy expects his players to believe in themselves when he doesn't sound like he does. It's hard to remember a head coach sounding this defeated and ready for the inevitable as Koetter does right now.
