Now that Jameis Winston has returned to the team, Bucs Head Coach Dirk Koetter has a decision to make at quarterback. And according to Koetter, that decision has been made & both Jameis Winston & Ryan Fitzpatrick have been informed who will be starting in Chicago on Sunday against the Bears. But Koetter wants to keep a competitive edge over his opponent this week, so today he only told the media that a plan is in place.
