According to multiple reports, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be without the services of corner back Vernon Hargreaves for the foreseeable future with a potentially season ending shoulder injury. ESPN's NFL insider Adam Schefter is reporting that the Buccaneers fear it could be an injury that could bring the third year corner from Florida season to an end, but they are seeking a second opinion with Dr. James Andrews on Wednesday.
Hargreaves had seven tackles and a forced fumble in Week 1.
The 23-year-old is coming off a disappointing 2017 season in which a hamstring injury ended his year after nine games. He finished with 42 combined tackles and five passes defended.
