Dirk Koetter says there's no handbook for head coaches when it comes to having your quarterback suspended the first three games of the season, and Wednesday he spoke about why Jameis Winston is getting work with all three teams during practice. Koetter also went on to explain Jameis has still taken the most snaps at the quarterback position during camp. Jameis might not be working exclusively with the starters this training camp, but the team is doing what they can to try to make sure he's still seeing enough snaps.
