Pat Donovan filled in for JP Peterson on Monday afternoon and had some strong takes on the Tampa Bay Rays and how their season is playing out this season. Sure, the Miami Marlins took the Citrus Series this season and the Rays may not make the post season....but Pat explains why he believes even though the end results may not be too pretty, the team will still be remembered as a success in his mind.
