Hillsborough county commissioner, Ken Hagan joined JP Peterson on Wednesday afternoon. Ken discussed the obstacles that are still ahead in building the new Rays Stadium. Ken told JP that it isn't a slam dunk, but that he is about 70% confident the stadium will be built.
