The Tampa Bay Buccaneers definitely addressed the defensive backfield in the 2nd round. After picking up an additional 4th round pick after a trade with the Patriots to move down from 58 to 63 they selected another cornerback. Tampa Bay took 3-year starter Carlton Davis from Auburn. After M.J. Stewart told the media that he thinks the coaching staff would like to play him at safety, drafting another corner was definitely a logical move for Jason Licht and company. Davis is a Florida boy having attended high school in the Miami area. Davis had an instant impact as a true freshman, tallying 38 tackles and 3 interceptions. In his junior year as a Tiger he had 26 tackles and 1 interception.
