Former Tampa Bay Rays reliever Danny Farquhar is in critical condition in a Chicago hospital after suffering a brain hemmorhage in the White Sox dugout Friday night.
Farquhar got the final two outs of the top of the sixth inning for Chicago in their 10-0 loss to the Houston Astros, but collapsed in the dugout in the bottom half of the inning.
The White Sox released a statement Saturday regarding the pitcher's condition.
The team also put Farquhar's jersey up in the bullpen as a show of love and solidarity.
