According to Jason LaCanfora, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are keeping tight end Cameron Brate around for a long while as the restricted free agent signs a six-year contract extension to remain with the Bucs.
In 2016, Brate led all tight ends in the NFL with eight touchdowns and had 57 receptions with 660 yards. Last season Brate only caught six touchdowns with 48 catches and 591 yards. Terms of the new deal have not been announced.
