Before the season many expected the Bucs to have one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL. That hasn't happened. A lot of that has been because Jameis Winston has missed an extended period of time with a shoulder injury. Winston returned from injury this past weekend and was good for the most part, but had one bad play that led to a turnover.
