South Florida finished their season 9-2 after losing a heart breaker to UCF on Black Friday. Texas Tech finished the year with a 6-6 record. They became bowl eligible by defeating Texas in their regular season finale. The game takes place on the Saturday before Christmas on December 23rd. Kickoff is scheduled for Noon and the game will air on ESPN.
