Tampa Bay fell behind 4-1 early in the 2nd period, but then scored 3 unanswered to enter the 3rd period tied at 4. After a scoreless 3rd, the teams headed to overtime where an unlikely hero would emerge. Yanni Gourde scored the game winning goal with less than a minute left in the extra period to beat the Chicago Blackhawks, 5-4. After the game Jon Cooper, Gourde, Andrei Vasilevskiy, Anton Stralman, and Jonathan Drouin spoke with the media about the improbable comeback.
