Lightning Close Road Trip With Win Over Kraken

The Tampa Bay Lightning (16-10-2) defeated the Seattle Kraken (15-15-2) 5-1 late Saturday night in Seattle. With the win, the Lightning closed a road trip to Western Canada and Seattle with wins in their last two games.

Brandon Hagel scored twice for Tampa Bay, while Brayden Point and Jake Guentzel each added a goal and an assist. Jonas Johansson got the win in net, making 21 saves with 22 shots against.

The Lightning now return home and will next be in action when they host Columbus on Tuesday night. Puck drop between the Lightning and Blue Jackets is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Tuesday night at Amalie Arena.
