The Memphis Tigers (3-0) defeated the Florida State Seminoles (0-3) 20-12 on Saturday afternoon in Tallahassee.
DJ Uiagalelei went 16-of-30 with 201 yards and an interception. Memphis built a 10-0 lead early in the second quarter and led 13-3 at halftime. Florida State's only touchdown came with 7:05 to go in the third quarter when Roydell Williams ran in a four-yard touchdown run.
The Seminoles are next in action when they host California next weekend. Kickoff from Tallahassee is scheduled for 7:00 PM on September 21st.
