The 6:00 AM hour of The Pat & Aaron Show begins with the guys talking about how it's an honor to be live from Metro Ministries. Pat Donovan loves that it is his first time out, and Aaron Jacobson has loved coming out since the days of Tedd Webb & Jack Harris. The guys then talk about the Tampa Bay Lightning's win over the Buffalo Sabres, even though the goal keeping wasn't the best. Then Aaron Jacobson debates where the production of Victor Hedman has been. The show continues on by playing a very questionable clip from Todd Bowles about the game going into overtime. Then it's "Today's Top Headlines" and a discussion on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to end the hour.
Then the one and only Charley Belcher from FOX 13 sits in on the show with Pat & Aaron. He talks about how much it means to him to be at Metro Ministries every year, and how it's crazy that he's been at FOX 13 for 25 years. Then Charley Belcher explains why he stays positive on TV, because no one wants to see an unhappy TV anchor. Then he talks about how he has to behave while on the street, and if Champa Bay still exists. Charley Belcher also explains why he is starting to lose hope in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and more.
Then the guys play audio from "Let's Go With Tom Brady & Jim Gray" as Tom Brady takes accountability for missing Mike Evans on that huge play. The guys break down the audio and say that it's great to see a leader take the blame, unlike players like Zach Wilson who didn't take blame. The show goes on to debate if they should talk about the World Cup or not. Then the hour ends with Situation Men, as the boys dig into the mind of executive producer Ryan Hoppe.
The one and only Titus O'Neil sits in on the show to talk about how important Metro Ministries is. He explains how traveling the world has made him look at America differently, how much his mom means to him, how to give back to the community, and more. Then Tim Marks from Metro Ministries sits in on the show and explains how much working every day means the world to him. Then the show ends with The Blender.
