You read the headline right, Tom Brady & Rob Gronkowski were almost Raiders before Jon Gruden (HC at the time) shot it down. Eventually, Brady chose Tampa and Gronkowski followed shortly after Gruden shot down the duo coming to Las Vegas. This news broke on Saturday during the UFC 278 broadcast. I think it's safe to say Jon Gruden helped the Buccaneers win TWO Super Bowls.
