The Buccaneers practiced outdoors again on Thursday as Tom Brady and company prepare to host the Bears on Sunday.
A day after appearing on the injury report with an ankle injury, tight end OJ Howard returned to practice as a full participant. Antoine Winfield, Jr, who remains in the concussion protocol, also was a full participant. Tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receiver Antonio Brown both sat out of practice again on Thursday.
