The Tampa Bay Lightning have resumed practicing after having three players and a couple of staffers tested positive for COVID-19, but Lightning play-by-play voice Dave Mishkin says he expected players, including members of the Bolts, to test positive.
Mishkin joined Pat and Aaron Friday, and said that while over a dozen players have tested positive for coronavirus, he believes the target date of July 10 to start Phase 3 (training camps for teams in their home cities) is still on target. He also discusses what his role when the postseason begins will be, and how this time off has allowed a number of players who were expected to miss a large part of the playoffs with injury to return to action 100 percent ready.
