Drew Brees was asked about his thoughts on kneeling during the national anthem in light of current unrest after the murder of George Floyd and missed the mark in the eyes of many, including Hall of Fame safety Ed Reed who called the Saints QB a sucker before dialing it back a bit in a later post.
After deleting his original comments, Reed came back with a more measured approach, asking Brees to change, saying "I know you have a big heart."
