Leftwich: Put Playmakers In Position To Make Plays

On Friday new Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Byron Leftwich met with the media & laid out some things that he will focus on when running the team's offense.

Leftwich, a former NFL quarterback that saw playing time with four teams, spoke about his special relationship with new Buccaneers Head Coach Bruce Arians & the first time he saw Jameis Winston play, which was when Winston was a freshman at Florida State University.

This past season, for various reasons, the Buccaneers made a switch at starting quarterback multiple times.  And during his interview with the media, I asked Leftwich how important it was for the locker room to know who the starting quarterback of the football team is moving forward?  And you can hear Leftwich's answer below.

The new Buccaneers offensive coordinator was also asked about whether or not he'd like to have wide receiver DeSean Jackson on the team next season.  Click below to hear the complete interview with Leftwich.
